 Our Early Career and Graduate Programme is built for those who want more than just a job — they want a career with purpose. Over 18 to 24 months, graduates rotate through key areas of our business, receiving targeted development, formal training, and personalised mentoring. You’ll gain exposure to both technical and strategic functions while working on some of the most exciting and meaningful challenges in the industry.
We welcome graduates from engineering, computer science, defence studies, cyber, business, and STEM-related fields.
