We offer a collection of services focused on the continued airworthiness and capacity of the Air, Land, and Maritime System providing equipment and information to support overall platform availability.
Inventory Management
We support customer's ability to forecast demand and optimise the planning and scheduling of inventory so that supply is matched economically to demand. This includes the management of inventory through modelling and stock provisioning. Where appropriate, this may include investment in the stocking of high usage items to enable a faster response to customers, utilising appropriate ranging and scaling models.
Physical Logistics
We support customer's ability to define, operate and optimise the physical supply chain, including storage and distribution whilst balancing against cost and service performance.
Spares & Repairs Management
We deliver management of spares and repairs (including initial provisioning for acquisition programmes) through the Supply Chain from receipt of a customer demand through to delivery ensuring that their condition, location and availability is traced and controlled. This also includes determining the most appropriate asset solution, i.e. repair or overhaul.
Suppliers Management
We deliver the ability to develop and manage a high performing supply base for both tactical and strategic business needs, ensuring supplier performance meets business requirements and leverages cross platform benefits. This includes the provision of forward customer demand and capacity management in conjunction with the supply base.
