Sustainment Services
Our sustainment services are designed to provide our Customers with a set of Part.M and Part.145 capabilities to ensure the continuing airworthiness of their fleet. This will be done aligned to their operational requirement whilst delivering high level of efficiency and accuracy.
Fleet Management
We conduct a set of activities required to strategically and tactically plan all required maintenance, modification and upgrades whilst maintaining the required levels of availability and operational capability.
Flight Services, Preparation & Movement
We deliver a set of activities covering the preparation of aircraft before flight and the recovery of aircraft after flight in line with the established preparation and recovery procedures. This is the first phase of avoidance actions to minimise any required aircraft maintenance and also includes aircraft movement.
Maintenance Recording
We conduct a set of activities required to ensure that all acts of maintenance have been appropriately recorded in line with the regulatory requirements in the approved toolset. This includes audits of maintenance records and the provision of this information for analysis.
Scheduled Maintenance
We conduct all on and off aircraft maintenance actions which are part of a design organisation defined and operator agreed maintenance schedule. These activities can be planned and optimised to achieve maximum aircraft availability.
Unscheduled Maintenance
We conduct all on and off aircraft maintenance actions which are required in response to faults identified on the Air/Land/Maritime system, including equipment removal and repairs which are not part of a scheduled maintenance activity, i.e. panel repairs, diagnostics and unplanned inspections, as directed by the Maintenance Authority. Since a system is only as strong as its weakest component, we assist you in maintaining and repairing your equipment to keep you operating at peak efficiency and to reduce downtime and the resulting loss of income when things do break down. Our goal is to get you back up and running as quickly as possible, and everyone on our staff is well aware that when operations are interrupted, time truly is money.
Repairs
We conduct all on and off aircraft repairs including component repairs that may be part of a scheduled or unscheduled maintenance activity. Our bay maintenance facilities specialise in the repair of various components from the Air/Land/Maritime system.
Sustainment Planning & Control
We support a set of activities to task, monitor, and verify work tasked into a customer's maintenance organisation, whether a military organisation or an approved industry contractor.
