One of JEDA Systems’ key values is doing business ethically. It is our policy to adhere to compliance standards that reflect best practices across the whole spectrum of our international operations. The codes, policies, and procedures listed below are all open to the public because we value transparency in our ethical business practices.

Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Success in our business depends on how ethically and in accordance with legal regulations that we conduct our operations. Our code of business ethics and conduct, as approved by the board of directors of JEDA Systsms, is attached.

Whistleblower and Investigations Procedure

We encourage reporting of alleged policy violations, unethical behavior, and legal non-compliance as part of our business ethics compliance policy. We pledge to seriously consider such reports, to look into them quickly and covertly, and to not allow retaliation against staff members who make such reports. Our Whistleblower and Investigations Procedure, which outlines the procedures for reporting and the steps we take to look into such claims, is included.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance Policy

We are required to adhere to the most stringent anti-bribery and corruption compliance rules due to the global nature of our business, our work with governmental clients and end users around the world, and the fact that we are a publicly traded corporation. We have a zero-tolerance policy for corruption, and all of our staff members, officers, and directors are dedicated to conducting business in accordance with the best anti-corruption compliance standards. Procedure on Anti-Bribery and Corruption Due Diligence

The due diligence we carry out with regard to third parties with which we have no business is a crucial component of our anti-bribery and corruption compliance strategy. Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Due Diligence Procedure (without Annexes) is attached.

Business Entertainment and Gifts Policy

How we give and receive business entertainment, hospitality, and gifts is a crucial component of our anti-bribery and corruption compliance strategy as well as our policy for preventing any conflicts of interest. Our Business Entertainment and Gifts Policy is attached.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We demand that every member of our supply chain conduct themselves ethically in their interactions with us. Our supplier code of conduct, which is included into our procurement agreements, is attached as a copy.

Conflict Minerals Compliance Policy

We encourage efforts by the government and business to promote supply chain transparency and make it easier for businesses to source “conflict-free minerals.” Our Conflict Minerals Compliance Policy, which is attached, reflects our commitment to only purchasing products from businesses who share our views on conflict minerals. Also included is JEDA Systsms’ most current Conflict Minerals Report to the SEC.

Human Rights Statement

We operate our business in a way that respects the human rights of our staff, our supplier chain, and the communities in which we operate.  The UN’s Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights are something we uphold.  Attached is our most recent Human Rights Statement, as approved by our Board of Directors.

Compliance with Convention on Cluster Munitions

All of our activities in the area of munitions are in compliance with the international Convention on Cluster Munitions that entered into force in August 2010.
